Every APEX for Kids party includes two hours of action-packed fun! From start to finish our staff are here to ensure everything goes smoothly and they have the best party ever!

Party price includes private use of the entire APEX for Kids facility, dedicated party hosts to take control of the party from start to finish, greeting guests as they arrive, leading age-appropriate group activities, and helping with food service and cleanup.

The host family is encouraged to come up to ~45 minutes before the start of the party to set up any decorations, food, and drinks. Staff members are on hand to help with unloading cars as well as setting up. Once the party starts, you can sit back and relax while our party leads engage all the kids in activities and games! There will be planned times to take a break for food, sing “Happy Birthday”, and enjoy cake! Once the party has come to an end your party hosts will help with handing out goodie bags to departing guests and packing and cleaning up for the host family.

 Pricing:

• Up to 10 Kids $800

• Up to 15 Kids $1,100

• Up to 20 Kids $1,400

• Max of 25 Kids $1,700

All children 9 months old and over are a part of the final head count. Each child in-between package price is $35 per child. Ex: If you have 12 kids your base price is $800 with an additional $70 charged for the two extra kids, totaling $870.

There is a 20% gratuity of your base price automatically added at the end of the party. Our hosts are engaging, creative, and take the pressure off party planning- show them you appreciate their work!

There is a $500 fine for going over the MAX of 25 kids in total. Additionally, plus $50 per child over the MAX of 25.
